About the house
The Larch House was built in 2018 and designed as a zero-carbon footprint, Scandinavian-flavoured eco property. The house is built in sustainable timber and clad in locally-produced Larch.
The house is designed to showcase how building with traditional materials combined with renewable energy should not cost the earth. This is our home away from home so you will find some personal belongings throughout the property.
Getting here
By Car
From London
Take the M20 towards Ashford. Exit at Junction 8 and follow signs to Biddenden via the A262. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from central London.
Scenic Route
For a more picturesque journey, take the A21 through the Kent countryside, passing through charming villages and rolling hills.
We recommend using a navigation app for the most up-to-date directions.
Public Transport
Nearest Station
Ashford International is the nearest major station, approximately 40 minutes from London St Pancras. High-speed services run regularly throughout the day.
Taxis are readily available at the station and take approximately 15 minutes to reach the property.
Property Access
The key is located in a secure lockbox by the front door. The access code is 1234. Please ensure you lock the door securely when leaving the property.
